Every number on this page is calculated with the same formulas as our calculators. How we build and check them
On a $25 3D print with $5 shipping, Etsy’s fees come to about $3.30 — 11.0% of what the buyer pays. If the sale comes through Etsy’s Offsite Ads, fees rise to $7.80. To keep a 40% margin on a print that costs $6 to make, you would need to charge about $16.69.
The fees on one order
| Fee | Rate (US sellers) | On a $25 item + $5 shipping |
|---|---|---|
| Listing | $0.20 per listing (renews after a sale) | $0.20 |
| Transaction | 6.5% of item + shipping | $1.95 |
| Payment processing | 3% + $0.25 | $1.15 |
| Offsite Ads (only if the sale came from one) | 15%, or 12% for shops with $10k+ sales | $4.50 |
